Refunds will only be considered if you have not completed more than 20% of the course content.
Technical issues must first be reported to our support team. If we are unable to resolve them, a refund may be issued.
Refunds will not be issued for downloadable products or completed services.

Customized training programs or consulting services.
Services already delivered in full.
